"Maybe the reason
it seems
that price
is all your customers care about
is that you haven't given them anything else
to care about."
If price is all you hear about, if cheaper imports are kicking your butt, it's time you changed the conversation. Give everyone something more interesting and exciting to talk about other than... price.
